Dem Thema Schiedsverfahren in der Schweiz widmet sich ein bei Wolters Kluwer erschienes Praxishandbuch, welches nunmehr in der 2. Auflage neu aufgelegt wird. Autor ist Dr. Manuel Arroyo Rechtsanwalt bei Nater Dallafior in Zürich. An Hand von Fallbeispielen werden verschiedene Schiedsverfahren besprochen so M&A Streitigkeiten, Arbeitsrechtsstreitigkeiten, Energieverfahren, Transportrechtsverfahren und Verfahren die sich dem Rohstoffhandel widmen.
